Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect emails from one mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the mail account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
